their hours say 8-5 then you get there and they actually close at 4 this is the least of the issues that occurred across 3 scripts x ray departments 2 in Encinitas one in Solana beach. I needed to go get x ray was told could go to Solana Beach went there waited 30 mins to be told that they do not do weight bearing foot x ray. This did not irritate me at all was told they could people make mistakes no big deal but then the Solana Beach x ray tech was 100% unhelpful with where I could go. I asked could you let me know which facility can he said I don't know. I had been very patient and nice so I asked if he knew how I could find out. He again completely unhelpful and eventually after I asked him to see if he could find out as he is in the system he gave me a generic card with number. I called and was told Encinitas does weight bearing foot x rays so I went went to work 2 more meetings then went to Encinitas looked up they close at 5 got there just after 4 and there are signs on paper that they now close at 4. The receptionist was very nice and sent me to the main hospital they they called her later I guess as she called me and said that they cant do weight bearing foot x rays - I am 110 lbs and none of the 3 attempts to get x rays came through. I wasted over 2 hours in total and still no x rays!!! #1 if x rays are needed should be specified which locations to go to #2 update hours online first!!! if you close at 4 don't leave 5 pm on your specific location webpage!! and as for the Solana beach tech wow horrible could not have cared any less or been less helpful.
