Worst place ever! Just got home at 11pm. Arrived at 430 pm. I took my dog there on a Saturday afternoon. He had been neutered the previous week and had ripped out some stitches and was bleeding quite a bit. Filled out paperwork and was ushered to a room in the back fairly quickly. I thought this was good. Shortly after, a triage nurse came in to make sure my dog was stable. Which he was. She said she could he was bleeding and notify the vet. After that no one else came to the room. After 2 hours of waiting my dog needed to go relieve himself. We went outside he did his business and on the way back in I asked how much longer and was told the vet was seeing other patients. I went back the room and waited. At 10 pm the front desk person came to my room and very politely said I could leave or wait another 3 hours. Other cases took priority over mine. If my case wasn't a priority I would think someone could have told me a lot sooner instead of leaving me in a room for six hours! I took my belongings and left. I do not recommend this place for anyone. I will never go there again. If you need to get your pet treated go some place else. You'd be wasting your time going here.

Emergencies are nerve-wracking, the staff was always amenable to my (anxious) desire for timely updates, a wait is to be expected and passes quickly enough with such compassionate care and attention.

Brought in our sick puppy. Very long wait. Left paying $300 not knowing what was wrong. Conned into a βdrugβ test EXPENSIVE and they wanted another over $500 to continue what I have no ideaπππ

While I do not like that I had to use their services, I am glad that they were there. The took my good boy in quickly after I let them know the symptoms he was having and kept me in the loop through out. The price was reasonable and they gave me great information. I hope to never have to use them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to bring any of my pets to them.

Depends on what is wrong with animal, there is a base amount for office, and then if you need test, or medicines, or anything else the price varies, but they will work with you too.
Hi Michael, Thank you for trying to help her! Here are some options for you: Mansfield Animal Care and Control: (817) 276-4799 or Humane Society of North Texas: (817) 332-4768. Good luck to you!
Yes you do but they are amazing there. They do accept care credit and you can apply there.
IDK sorry
Get a radiograph to see if there's anymore puppies in her abdomen and consult with Vet what to do next
