Chips were old and stale. When I told the employee my chips were stale she said that they are all like that. She didn’t care to apologize or fix my problem. Just told me all the chips are the same.

Lucy's has been my go to place for burrito de lengua wet with Chile Verde and creme and lots of chopped cilantro no onions. This burrito comes with 2 sides and tortilla chips and salsa if you get the meal. I have very seldom been disappointed with this order. The service is usually prompt and pleasant. What I do not like about Lucy's is its cash only policy. There is an ATM machine on the inside that charges three dollars. This cash only policy is why I did not give a 5 star rating.

Maybe I’m just not ordering the right things but every time I come here the food is so incredibly mediocre. I stopped by to get a quick order of chili cheese fries thinking. “It’s chili cheese fries they can’t mess that up” ... low and behold,somehow they did. They gave me this roast type of meat instead of like a classic chili covered in white cheese. Now maybe to some people having this mystery roast type of beef would be an upgrade but I didn’t want roast beef mystery chili cheese fries. I just wanted some classic chili cheese fries and this is what I got lol I keep coming here trying different stuff just hoping something will be good bc obviously this place is popular but I think I’m done trying to make it work lol it’s just not good to me. I zoomed in on the meat to show the texture cus who serves roast beef type meat in chili cheese fries ?? Lol like huh ? But then again different folks different strokes 🤷🏽‍♀️ I guess it’s just not for my tastebuds
