Absolutely horrible. My husband rented a car while his car was in the shop. He was quoted a price. We have been around this block before so we asked "if we can, are able to bring the car back early without any changes" we were quoted at 55$ a day. We dropped the car off 4 days early and now we're paying 64$ a day. The lack of communication is unprofessional. Also her attitude just put the topping on the cake. She replied asking if we wanted to pay the other full amount since we were not happy with amount given. After my husband saying that was a rude comment she proceeded to tell him customers choose to pay more because of the confusion. No one is going to choose to pay a higher amount. We will not be using hertz again. We have 3 trips planned and will be staying far away from this company.

The staff was very helpful. I'd been in an accident in my rental and they were able to process it and the information as painlessly as possible. We've used this location twice now and if I need another rental in future, this is where I'll go. Highly recommend.

For SUVs, its 25. For sedan's and compact car's, you just need a valid DL and credit card.
No, Hertz site will not let you begin/drop off remtal outside hours of business.
