Customer service has been consistently excellent at this location! Been having an issue with my latest prescription and Daniel totally knocked it out of the park between getting my lens corrected and accommodating my multiple frame adjustments. A true gent!

Best customer service experience I have had in a long time! Daniel was extremely helpful with all things. I came for new reading glasses, sunglasses, and to replace the lenses for my current sunglasses. Daniel was thorough, patient, helpful, offered great suggestions, and went above and beyond to ensure I got everything I needed.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience here and I’m especially grateful that they’re more than happy to make simple repairs on a walk-in basis (one time a screw popped out and another time I bent my glasses running into a door frame ^^;) Today I went in to buy new glasses because I broke mine beyond repair, and Erica was so quick, helpful, and accommodating towards my need for a replacement!! The frames are a little pricey but I haven’t found ones that look better on me, so along with their great customer service I’ve found it worthwhile

I really wanted to snag a cute pair of glasses for a reasonable price, but my experience overall was such an ordeal I will never consider shopping at WP again. The good: some of their customer service reps were outstanding and went the extra mile. I received great help in the store. The frames are really cute and fun to try on. You can't beat the price. The bad: from the moment I placed my order I was inundated with emails and even text messages asking me for the same information over and over, seemingly from different representatives who weren't communicating with each other. The prescription check I completed did not get properly communicated and resulted in glasses that I couldn't see properly out of. A total of 3 orders were placed while trying to correct the issues, and though discounts were applied for all of the mistakes and delays, the end result was a pair of glasses that I still could not see clearly out of, which ultimately is more important than aesthetics. I have learned from others who have ordered from WP it's a fairly common problem to have lenses with distortion or an incorrect prescription. Though I loved the frames I couldn't wear my glasses without getting a headache and ended up returning them, after several weeks of trying to get things sorted out. And despite all the mistakes with my prescription check, they refused to refund me for it and I was out $40 along with the time and effort I had to invest in the process. I think if you have a very mild prescription, aren't planning on every day use, and you are willing to tolerate mistakes, WP could be a good way to go. I would not recommend them if you have a stronger prescription and/or are looking for daily use- it's not worth compromising your vision.

You should be able to. I had bought frames from then and got my lenses put in elsewhere, but went back to Warby Parker to get them fitted properly

My bad, I see it yes

Can I use an eye glass prescription from any eye doctor exam? Are the prescription lenses price included in the frame price? How come no frames, zero, are available for trying at home, and is there a wait list and how long is the wait?

We have insurance, it covers the cost of my frame and lens 100% but I only need readers. My BF has a strong prescription, his out of pocket is $55 after insurance. We have to pay upfront and insurance reimburses. I don't know about trying at home, we go to the store, with the prescription or email it to WP, and they mail the glasses to us within a 1-2 weeks. We get new glasses every year from Warby Parker, they have a great selection and free lens replacements on scratches.

Do they carry a selection of petite frames!
