This store seems not to care about their customer. I went back to get a console, but it did not work out. The bottom line here is that the employees on this store are NOT customer friendly!

I called the store looking for merchandise The guy that answered the phone Jalyn was very helpful and so nice I felt so welcomed and taken care of past experience from other game stops when I call and they just say “we don’t have what You’re looking for” and they just end the call he was so nice even looked it up if any other store had any would recommend this store A++ on customer service

My husband and I walked in looking for two things. A controller and a new game for my switch. We began to look around and were greeted but not offered help. We couldn’t find what we were looking for so my husband went to ask the ladies if they sold it and told us that we would have to look for it online somewhere. No biggie. But we shouldn’t have to be looking around so long without being approached to be offered help. The ladies were too busy talking about another coworker that was not on at the time. I would suggest worrying about your customer a little more and a little less about the new employee who may or may not be getting a promotion and what you may or may not like about this new coworker. Maybe your numbers will go up that way. Needless to say we left and went to the mission valley location to which we received the kindest of service.

Sara was absolutely fantastic!! I had a defective device and I didn't have my receipt, but she went above and beyond to help me with my defective exchange and she found my receipt and even another store that had the item I was exchanging. Also, the gentleman that helped me originally was helpful as well. It seems this is a good staff. I recommend this location to anyone.
