Most authentic Phớ any San Diego visitor or even local could ever get, I recommend the "cafe su dua" aka vietnamese coffee with condensed milk with your pho if you want a sweet but potent drink on the side! Food comes out relatively quickly and the food speaks for itself really, phenomenal and genuine vietnamese flavor.

their soup is very fresh and hot and their leaves are different and most importantly they use green lemon.Up to now best pho in SD I tried

Hands Down the Best Pho in ALL SAN DIEGO. Super Authentic and Delicious. I found this place about 6 or 7 years ago and have not been to another place since. Nothing compares. Don't forget to ask for the chili oil. It is not that spicy don't be scared. It adds so much flavor.

If you like Pho, Pho Hoa on El Cajon Blvd is worth trying. If you don't like Pho then pass on this place since the menu is limited. The broth is very tasty and they sell beer as well. I like the amount of meat they provide in an order compared with other places where I have had Pho. The parking near the restaurant is tight since they are now using their parking lot as an outdoor patio area which is good to avoid possibly infecting others with Covid or the flu. I love their broth, it is so good!

Yes it is safe
Yes the takeout is as good as the dine in. Understand how to put it together. First your noodles and veggies than when fully heated add the broth and the steak last
Not sure of it just only o e in San Diego. Family owned
Well its not a very high class place. The food and service is great. Also its not dirty.
Around $7 for a small bowl. I think I pay like %10 to $11 after a tip.
