These guys make the WURST plate in town! No Best WURST plate. The food was so good, we decided to back for dinner after eating a nice lunch outside. The staff was wonderful. The environment was extremally pleasant and dog friendly! They'll even bring water bowls out for your four legged companion! Let others float down the river while you sit and enjoy the view with an occasional performer that would come in and sing! For sure on my list to come again.

The atmosphere is great, the live music and river front with Bavarian style house and well dressed waitresses, impressed with bathroom with air con inside. The staffs are very friendly too. However my pork knuckle when first served it was cold inside.( but not raw). So they need to reheat the whole plate. The inside is still juicy but outside are dried out. What I ordered is $30 and my husband ordered Wienerschnitzel is $28. However his portion and value of food was not as satisfying. If you just enjoy atmosphere and friendly staff then it’s good. But for food wise and how much you are paying I wouldn’t recommend.

This was our first time here. The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view of the river was so beautiful where we sat inside. The music was not too loud or too soft. The food portions are large and filling. The restaurant sits in an adorable town that looks like you stepped in Germany. Our server Logan was so prompt and courteous. An absolute joy to have her as our server. Definitely coming back. I can not wait.

Visited on a Tuesday in the middle of October. There is a lot of outdoor seating and inside seating. A great view of the river while eating. The food I would consider German inspired and it tasted great! The pretzel was delicious as well as the other food. They are a little on the pricier side ($15-$30 a plate). There is free parking across the street and a cross walk to get there. We had 3 small children and I felt safe crossing the road with them. I have already recommended this place and would go back.

Questions & Answers

Is this place kid freindly?

They do have a small kid's menu that's not listed on the website. They serve alcohol, but is a big enough restaurant to be away from the bar if that is a concern.

We have spaghetti and meatballs, chicken tenders, grilled cheese, kids cheese spatzle, kid hot dog, kid bratwurst, kid hamburger. We have 3 kids so we’re accustomed to picky eaters!

There were dogs there when we were with no issues. The patio is picnic tables outside with beer umbrellas over them. It's right on the river.
