This trash hospital does not care one bit about patient experience or quality of care. They only care about medical billing and hospital policy. I went in the ER with an open head wound and was told it was not busy at all and that a doctor would come see me shortly and clean the wound and have it looked at. I was put in a room and ignored and forgotten. 6 hours later I was summed to get a CT and a nurse told me I didnt "crake my skull" so I could go. I never saw a doctor, never received help or had my wound treated. I contacted the office of Patient Experience and just like being in that junk ER, I only got more lazy people who did not bother to follow up with me or help me in the slightest and was just marginalized. Lazy on all accounts. From the staff, to the admin, to the leadership.

I went to an emergency room in Culver City and I begged for help for my son who couldn’t breathe. They handed me a form and sent me to a filthy waiting room. I promptly left and drove to UCLA and they security, nurses, and doctors were quick to help. They had tremendous bed side manor, they were kind, and they did everything to help my child feel better. Thanks you thank you.

I'm having a procedure done as we're speaking. The staff here are wonderful. From sanitation to hospital personnel, you can count on everyone to treat you with respect and courtesy. This is a great hospital. Thank you you still a health.

From our experience of Ronald Reagan hospital, our dad had a 12 hour surgery and an emergency surgery. Post surgery in the ICU, our dad has had many wonderful nurses, but one stands out from the crowd, Rico has been amazing to our dad and has treated him like he is part of his own family. Rico is very caring, compassionate, and has the best bedside manners. His surgical team has been amazing and continues to check on him daily. They offer physical therapy speech therapy and they make their rounds daily .

You HAVE to ask the surgeon or the OR nurse in charge of your case. They would love to answer it
Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center
Yes they do I'm very pleased with that hospital thank you
thank you👍🙂
Rooms are very spacious in both ICU and CCU .. parking is to the side of the bldg and costs $12 all and any part of the day (no re-entry on same parking fee paid) check with social services .. one can drive up and let you off out front of hospital. Garage parking brings you to a totally different bldg. Very Large campus !!
Call UCLA directly tomorrow. They can set up a consultation with your existing tests and medical records. Doctors will be honest with you for diagnosis and treatment plan. World class team. Don't believe what you read on the internet or hear from others. Every person is unique. My dad had pancreatic cancer and the statistics said he wouldn't live five years. UCLA treatment and strong faith kept him going for over ten years. Good luck!
Take public transit. It is foolish to drive. By the time you try and park then walk over there, more often than not, between that and parking, takes as long or longer. The bus and subway costs $1.75. Get a TAP card for $1 and you can get free transfers for 2 hours.
Depends on what you mean by "peak hours". There are more staff around at shift change times...and there are regulated visiting hours for guest.
I'm not sure? Google it on maps
I came from IL and have had no problems I do have my own insurance so I cannot speak to Medicare tho I cannot see why the would not accept Medicare.
Parking surrounds the hospital
24hrs a day.
No but if you park in the garage facing gayley ave that is the closest to the ER entrance
That all depends on which part of the hospital you are in. For example ICU, emergency, pediatrics etc .
Hi Raju, You can check the latest visitor guidelines for UCLA hospitals at https://www.uclahealth.org/covid-19-visitor-restrictions.

Hi I would contact the ucla physician referral dept. Ask if he ia accepting new patients.
Yes they provide labor and delivery..if going through the emergency department expect a very long wait unless you are in labor. If not the wait can be up to 2 days unless acute.
Low blood pressure, diabetes, unhealthy diet.
Depends on the kind of treatment you need. They may refer you to another hospital.
Yes call the hospital they are very helpful
If you're not aware your posting on a site for consumers. If you really have this complex a question I would recommend that you call the Stein Eye Institute. If anybody would have the answer at UCLA they would. Best of luck.
Westwood Bl and LeConte. Take public transit. Parking costs $12-$15.
All times
Hi..ucla has a physician's referral service. You can inquire regarding your specific questions. Ucla has guest residences...Tiverton House...not sure of the criteria in order to stay. Hotels in the area are pricey..upwards of 200 per night.
India this is the hospital not the school. It would be best to contact UCLA administration office possibly. Although this is a hospital that have students this area is more about the hospital itself like hours, etc.
They will take you as they cannot refuse anyone but they will definitely send you a bill.
It should be 24 hours. I know in the emergency it is.
Lyme disease can be treated with help of a physician.
Very limited.
The front of the building
Depends on where you are. I know the maternity and emergency is all night long.
Medi-cal, yes.
The medical center likely contains little to no folic acid itself, but the pharmacy should have it. It's also widely available over the counter.
