Amazing all around service, from air put in my tires without me having to get out of my car to self serve, to me bringing my daughters Mercedes Benz in with a tire issue , took the tire off inspected, found a crack in the rim, put the tire back on because did not want to leave car out over the weekend, air put in tire to make it to destination. Had to bring tire back in my vehicle a month later and the service was still amazing, even when I did not use there services a month prior and was not charged handled it as though I was a ppaying custome, all complimentary service with a smile and a diagnostic along with a good conversation with Charles D and other workers. Service is great here and even if there is a mix up or whatever they take responsibility and handle you still with great care and professionalism. James was 100% Class and top of the line service provider. We had an unfortunate experience at a different shop stopped in here and everything was A+ first Class from start to finish. Even Delivered my truck back to my location 20 minutes away since I have a very busy schedule. Communication is key in the service industry and I was informed every step of the way. If you want an honest and informed quote that will not change, work completed properly and on time, and absolute integrity ask for James. I went to Walmart and other tire shops shopping around for just one new tire. All of them seemed a little expensive or needed an appointment so eventually I ended up at Mavis. I really felt like their customer service was incredibly genuine and Charles took care of me this morning. He said he would take a look at the tire and would make sure it was just something he could patch instead of replacing the tire. Sure enough it was just a small hole that he could patch up. He took care of it really quick despite them being pretty busy for a Saturday morning and sent me on my way. Less than an hour. Definitely coming back!!

I had a fantastic experience, from the tires getting there on time from scheduling online all the way to them pulling my car up to the front for me. I had bought new wheels and worked with me through all the little weird specifications of the wheels. Ted was able to work around my low car and get everything sorted. Through this whole experience they continued talking to me and allowing me to look at my car. Phenomenal service and will most definitely return and recommend.
