I've been going here for several years after having 2 knees and a hip replaced. The gym is always clean, the 24 hour availability with membership is great and the staff has always been kind and helpful. The staff has normal business hours and I never have had a problem reaching them during those hours.

I visited the gym this morning with my husband after dropping my children off at school. I was there to sign up but apparently before staff hours. A lady rudely told me I needed to leave and that I would have to come back even after I offered to immediately sign up online. She insisted I leave right then and made assumptions that I did not intend on signing up. It was extremely uncomfortable and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have two jobs and three kids and it is all I can do to make it to the gym at all. I fear this treatment of people could deter someone who finds it challenging just to be in a gym. Horrible customer service.

Honestly, your first impression is your last. I was going to sign up, but just seeing how inconsiderate the owner’s responses are caused me to change my mind. You were better off not even responding.

They charged my card $39 which it was only $19 they thought I didn’t check my bank account. I will talk to them first thing in the morning and see what is happening I do not like this one bit.Montabious, thank you for the rating and review of Workout Anytime Flowery Branch, even though we can't locate you in our system as a Member. Do you have a different name that will help us locate you as a Member, or did you happen to join a different Workout Anytime location?
