I don’t shop here myself only, for instacart because you can never find anyone to help you. Today, however I saw a lot of workers/ adults must of the time it’s children. So I’m the deli department I have a instacart order I told the lady Barbera That the customer wants shaved and sandwich cut for her order she was very rude like she didn’t want to help me.

Over the last couple years I’ve been very disappointed with Kroger, overall, but I’ve particularly been disappointed with their pickup service. I have consistently been given damaged and rotten products and it is so complicated getting a refund for them. And the Kroger mobile app is not nearly as user friendly as other stores’ apps. When ordering through Target and Publix it is so easy and getting a refund is always straightforward and they go above and beyond. None of that is true for Kroger. As much as I hate to pay the higher prices at Publix, I’ve come to realize it’s worth it for the service and quality of products. Also just a tip- there are a fair amount of groceries that are the same price *or cheaper* at Target than at Kroger and their app is so easy to use, your order is ready within 2 hours, and their staff is amazing and your order will be right every time.
