What a sad experience. The melting pot has been my favorite restaurant for years but I have never been to this location. Yesterday I came here with my family to celebrate my graduation and it was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We had a reservation and got sat 30 minutes late. The cheese was brought out and our server brought two small plates of bread for dipping and by the time she came back 1/3rd of our cheese was burnt in the pot. The entrees came about 30 minutes later, and we had to actually go find someone to get our chocolate brought because we hadn’t seen our waitress in almost an hour. She only brought a two portions of chocolate for 6 people and we finally spoke to the manager just who brushed us off. We spent around 3 hours there and the waitress came to our table a total of maybe 4-5 times.

Fantastic dining experience! Plan to spend a while here as it's a 4 course meal - cheese fondue, salads, main entree, and dessert fondue. There are multiple options for each of the courses, including vegan and gluten free options in each category. Be prepared that you are cooking your own food for the main entree! They will bring you meat, veggies, seafood, whatever it was your ordered and you will let it sit in the cooking pot on the table to let it cook. It's a very fun experience and well worth it. It's a little on the expensive side (~$50 a piece for a couple) but definitely a great place to have a romantic date night on special occasions!

I haven’t been to the melting pot ever. I’ve had fondue in Switzerland many many times and this place is really really good. I was really impressed with the cheese fondue appetizer. It was so delicious we had two bowls of it! 👍🏽 The broth, main course, was also very delicious and flavorful. We had the duck and the pork marinate both very tasty. I love the different sauces they serve for the meats. Many different types of flavors. For dessert we had the chocolate and it was very authentic and the perfect level of sweetness. The service was amazing very attentive on point from the time they greeted us to seating and throughout our dinner we were well taken care of. The atmosphere was very nice very cozy and very clean the lighting was perfect. The only reason they get four stars versus five is the bread fir the cheese fondue for dipping was a little stale. No where near fresh. I would definitely go back!
