As always, very kind staff and amazing selection. My son loves visiting this shop and has a very hard time choosing from all the options.

Great store! Scenics are right by the entrance, and all rolling stock is neatly organized on display in the cases. Tons of great looking equipment, and just about every blend of ballast and foliage you could imagine. No more expensive than the online offerings for the same either!

My son, who has been obsessed with trains since he was a baby, has been asking for a model train. We Google any possible options near by, came across Train Shack. A lady ( forgot her name) at the store was able to help us with a starter kit & a model train. Great customer service!! We'll definitely be back.

The best place to buy all your hobby train stuff! The have everything you need for any scale trains. They carry N, HO, O, Lionel & LGB (G) scale trains, track, scenery, tools & anything else you can think of! They staff is very friendly & helpful with any questions you might have. They also do repairs so it's the perfect place to do your train shopping. Highly recommend for everyone!

They are great, the front door is closed so they can measure the amount of people that walk in (You enter through the back). Capacity in the store is limited and social distancing is required. All staff and customers are required to wear masks
Talk yk Todd or Minday they will know or find you the answer. This is extremely reliable business S I have been buying from this store for thirty year
What's that again?
Yes, bring it in and they have a whole workshop in the back that can repair it.
No I don't and I don't know if the train shack does
Don't know
Kato DC is about $100 and Kato DCC is about $150.
Looks like a new web site is underway. Give them a call in the morning for more information.
