A year ago I put a down payment on a system, I was really excited. No policies about refunds were explained at the time. So no product and no install to show for it after falling on hard times (inflation, looming recession and loss of job). So I guess good job for getting money to QAS without having to do any actual work to get paid. Side note: a rep did reach out via text to ask about service. I explained the issue. Easier to just top talking to customers than deal with it. Udate: contacted Mino, still refusing refund. I guess I'll have to go the legal route though courts and complaints to BBB and Colorado AG.

Amazing work wouldn’t go anywhere else. Santiago was extremely kind and outgoing, got outrageous quotes from everybody else but they were very honest about the cost and how the process would look like, all for a great price. Sid and Troy did an amazing job on the install everything is super clean and it sounds jaw dropping. All within a day and I’m super impressed!
