Feels like a rip for 20 bucks. Had to ask for tires shine since none went on through the wash. No biggie. But more annoyed with how it looks a few hours after the wash.

I bought a Groupon for an oil change, with the Platinum interior/exterior car wash. Let's just say I will be cleaning the interior of my car myself. It doesn't look like they touched the interior. These pictures were taken as soon as I left the car wash today. The Jiffy Lube oil change was fine.

My previous review was a one star. I chose to change it because of the wonderful service I received from the associates and the owner. I called in a complaint because two Sundays in a row the facilities car wash was out of service. Sundays and Tuesdays are the days I like to was my car. I'll admit I was a little butt hurt lol. But when a person says, "How can I make your experience better, it on arms me." This is what the owner said to me. He even offered to extend my contract! In which I didn't take, because good service is hard to find. Thank you guys!!!

For $10, you get your car through the car wash machine ... for $20, more (and, we are up to $30, now) your car gets a couple of persons to wipe off the dirt the car wash never clean off. So, one borrows a rag and wipes off the mud left ! This happened on Tuesday. So, it is fresh on my mind. Tips, are expected for them. You get the shaft !
