John is the best. I avoided this store like the plague before he started. The service was horrible I drove to Eugene for my service needs. I was in last week he switched me over to a business account because he knew we had one but the others never bothered to make sure our paperwork was attached. John took care of it. I havent had any problems yet. There is a Cricket Office now in the Wash Fed Bank bldg, for those who want there service provider to have a storefront locally
Yeah, if you're on an unlimited plan it's included in your monthly payment. Calls from the US to Canada. Otherwise, you can get an international calling plan with so many allocated minutes
