Positive: The elevator situation was really bad you had to wait 30 seconds for the elevator to come up to the floor and then you couldn't close the door on the elevator it was simply horrible especially if there was a real emergency. My stay was not pleasant. Negative: Like I said above there's nothing that I really like the elevator situation was really bad and I left on the door do not disturb but they somebody still came in the room and cleaned it up when I said not to

The room we booked through hotels.com was unavailable. They put us in 2 king rooms with a pull out couch instead. The second room was discounted which was nice. Unfortunately one of the rooms had trash, adult toys(found by my child), and cigarette buts underneath the pull out couch as well as stains on it. No fitted sheet was available for the pull out couch. The double room was supposed to have a bathtub and since I have a small child I was hoping our replacement room did also but it didn't. I would have been fine with the 2 rooms but since it was so disgusting I am so upset. Hotels.com tried to get a refund but the management denied claims that there was trash in the room and it was denied. This room is hardly worth $50 at regular price let alone $200.

The staff is unbelievably friendly. The place is clean. No stiff, musky smell. The bath tub is HUGE. Its a 2 person jacuzzi, literally. Water pressure is great with multi change head. Hot water stayed hot the whole bath. The AC gets super crisp. Extra blankets and pillows at no charge. No bugs. The curtains are blackout. Laundry facility is clean. Workout equipment all functional. The pool is not open yet and breafast is cereal, fruits, oatmeal, breads and boiled eggs (due to Covid). This is my 3rd time. I'll be back! (:

I can't say enough about the hospitality here. Everyone was friendly and genuinely concerned about our comfort during our 4 day stay. The room was clean, quiet and rather large. The bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed.
