Beware of bait & switch tactics when attempting to lease here. I was quoted a unit and sent an application link. When I visited the link a day later, the apartment I wanted to lease wasn't listed. I emailed them through their app. Ashley called me back and told me to "just pick what's available and we'll change it in the office." So I picked a random unit in the app, completed the application, and paid the ridiculous but all too common $375 in application fees (for my wife and I). Immediately upon completing my wife's application, I called the leasing office to remind them to change the unit number and move-in date. I was told, "oh, that unit was leased yesterday!" Needless to say, I'm disputing their "non-refundable" application fees with my bank.

They have great layouts for families. If you like bright airy spaces it's probably not the complex for you. The apartments aren't designed to let in sunlight and that has been my biggest complaint. If you like sunlight tour in mid afternoon on a sunny day and leave the light ls off in the apartment. That's what the apartment will be like everyday and darker when it's cloudy. Other than that it's a nice space. They could do better with landscaping the entire community and keeping the outside the buildings nicer by painting the trim regularly and power washing the breezeways. The staff is great maintenance is efficient and the community is quiet. The trial onsite is a nice touch.

Hello to all . After five years, I decided to renew my lease again . 😍 Overall I like the environment here, it is very quiet and family. The nature and the beautiful scenery around are really unique for walking. Excellent care and planning for quick repairs in case of any problems. I am very happy and comfortable here. 😊😊 Thanks to all the apartment officials and staff. Beast Regards
