We have lived here for over five years and plan to continue here. I’ve tried to think of a reason to complain to make my review more interesting, but I just can’t. Maintenance issue? The maintenance staff are here usually within hours…most of them have worked here for years. Front office staff? Incredible. They truly care about making sure we are taken care of. So many times they’ve gone out of their way to make sure I’m ok with any situations that arise. We love coming home to a clean, beautiful, quiet, safe, well-lit apartment. Very little turnover here..so if you see what you like, grab it.

I love this community. Nice and quiet. The Leasing Office and maintenance Staff are always helpful. Whenever there is an issue, they are always on top of things to make sure the residents are getting their needs met. They make safety in this community a priority.

This is a HORRIBLE place to live at. I found cockroaches, spiders and numerous other bugs EVERY DAY in my apartment. They kept extremely poor maintenance of the property and invested VERY little in pest control. The first time I used the washing machine, the machine LEAKED and the floor was entirely covered in water. I do NOT recommend living here. I did not feel safe or comfortable living in their property at all. Please do not promote your property as a luxury apartment complex when you cannot even maintain your property to be a safe living environment.
