I would give the service at this location a Zero! I work near this location and find myself stopping by to get a quick bit before going into the office. The managers are more worried about clearing the drive-thru line than the front counter. When you ask if someone is taking orders for the front they tell you to use the kiosks. Mind you the kiosk doesn't do special orders. I asked the manager again can I get assistance with placing an order? She turned around and looked at me as if I said something wrong to her! I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, however, I will not spend another dime on this place. Customer service should always be a pleasant experience. The managers at this location need to be retained in customer service.

I ordered breakfast in the drive thru. Their app gives certain rewards and incentives, and today I let the drive thru cashier know that I had the app, and it was to use the "Buy 1 breakfast sandwich, get one for $0.25" promotion, which is a great deal. The cashier accepted the code from the app, mentioned no issues with it, and I drove up. I had ordered a Bacon, Egg, Cheese McMuffin, and a Sausage and Egg Biscuit, with the intention of the $0.25 promotion to be used for the Sausage and Egg Biscuit, and I confirmed it was listed as "Eligible" in the app. They then took payment, and upon receiving the receipt, I saw that they still charged me the full price. Now, a few bucks is not the issue. The real issue here is that they were incredibly rude, when I brought up the issue. The drive thru cashier literally told me "too bad, it was not accepted". And repeated it, in a rude tone multiple times, until finally I just drove off with what I paid for. I showed her the app and where it states it is eligible, and if it was not, why did they not inform me before payment? I will never return to this location again. I have had no issues at any other McDonalds in this area. I don't even care about the $3.74 that I paid extra. It was really the rudeness and uncaring service.

I rarely eat fast food anymore, but I'd been working late in the yard and was exhausted. Too tired and worn out to cook or make something, I decided to get something quick and easy. Being late reduced my choices to some extent, but I was pleasantly surprised that McDonald's was still open. You never know anymore - there are too many excuses: COVID19, labor shortage, and the global supply chain. Anyway, I got two cheeseburgers, fries, and a chicken sandwich. I also tried the frozen coca-cola which apparently was a recent menu item. The meal was awesome, tasty, and filling. I would recommend it to a friend.

In this McDonald's location fashion, our order we received was wrong. I specifically requested NO ketchup on my kiddos burgers. When they came delivered they appeared correct, each burger taped with a receipt saying NO KETCHUP. When my kid opened and took a bite she was none to pleased tazting ketchup considering she hates it. Tired of this always happening, i spent 44 on this order and honestly it isnt worth the hassle ordering there anymore. One of the burgers didnt even have meat.

I think so yes, Because they should see the logistics of the event and all the details related to the party, how many people will attend, etc.
