Mr. Clean Car Wash

I have been using this car wash for months now, but today something weird happened. I went through the car wash and my gas tank cover fell off. They found the cover, slightly damaged, and said they will not replace it because it had been superglued. The car is new and haven’t been repaired, but the manager Bri kept on saying the same thing. That she sees superglue and it means it was pre-damaged. She filed a report for the corporate and gave me a copy of it. I went to the gas station and noticed some scratches on the window and on the door on the same side where the gas tank is. So, I came back to show it to her and ask to include it into the report. She was very rude and had a very mean demeanor overall. She almost sounded like I brought them a damaged car and now lie about it. So ridiculous!!! She kept on yelling that she needs to go to her second job. I didn’t mention that I was running late to pick up my child. Who knew this would happen, right? She quickly took some pictures of the scratches with her phone but didn’t update the report. I understand her frustration, but it is what it is, and it’s not my fault that something went wrong at their car wash today. We’ll see how it goes with the corporate, and I will update the post later.

I’d been here multiple times and the service got worse each time. They put the wrong oil in my car and lied to me repeatedly about it. The manager in the shop accused me of threatening an employee ( which I would never do ) and mocked me in front of a room full of customers and when I went back, found out I was not allowed to come back as he deemed me a bad customer, Shockingly unprofessional & belligerent attitude by the shop manager. Would never recommend this company to anyone

I stopped at this car wash because it was on my way and it was just as expected but nothing spectacular. I usually go to Aqua Blue on peachtree industrial. In comparison, this car washed seemed dirtier and felt like it got my car less clean. However, it still got most of the dirt off and the staff was friendly. The glass cleaner was much better than the one at my other war wash, so it’s worth it to clean your windows while you’re here.

Edit: the pandemic has improved the self service, they now have clean towels to dry your car and basic cleaning products. The tunnel also seems to work better. Although a little training would go a long way. They need to train the attendant v how to b turn off the tire shine. It still just makes a mess on one spot of over sized tires. As one of the only wires that can take a 6 inch lifted truck you'd think they would catch on. Previous review No longer offer towels for self serve. Had to go inside to ask for one to get the mess of tire shine off of the one tire it applied too. By the time I got back all the water spots on truck and windows had dried. Not happy with a 20 buck exterior only that leaves you spotty and slinging tire grease of one tire only. Time to find another wash that fits oversize vehicles. Been coming here 10 years. But sadly no more. Truck not even very clean for 20 bucks. Sorry Mr clean. You lost this one.
