Worst experience with a company in SWFL that I have ever had. Upon moving into a new apt we were told by the building management that wifi/internet would need to be installed by Summit and to give them a call. That was two weeks ago and I have been on the phone with them every couple of days since then. Every time that I called I received different answers for the same questions. It is clear they must have a high employee turnover rate bc the "support" knows next to nothing when trying to advise you. --The manager(s) have no SOP's in place to assist their employees. We have submitted everything they have asked of us via email (numerous times), and we are just told to wait 24-48 hours and they will call back. We have never received a call back. To the manager of this establishment, you need to do a much better job and bring a better ethic to work! We are contacting our buildings management today to get them more involved.
