This is such a dumpy Kroger. I’ve never seen one so run-down. Especially considering how busy this one is. Come on, Kroger, you guys have plenty of money to improve this place! They need to spend some money to clean it up, stick the aisles with food that isn’t expired and clean the place up. And maybe buy some new shopping carts.
