Called & spoke to “customer service” to check if an item was in stock. The girl who answered said she was the only one working and she wasn’t going to check for me. She said the item was “most likely out of stock and I would need to go check myself”. I have never had customer service so bad. Please train better.

Buyer Beware. This store sets their own return policy separate from corporate. I attempted to return 3 pairs of shorts in the spring. I was informed that they only accept clothing returns within 15 days of purchase. My first thought was, weird, but I’m sure that policy is for holiday specific clothing so I asked to speak with a manager since I was returning shorts in the spring. Nope manager says no exceptions ever. It doesn’t matter that they are still selling shorts, 15 days only because of corporate policy. So I called corporate, explained the situation and just asked that they review this policy because it isn’t logical. The customer service agent was so confused so she called the store because this isn’t corporate policy. The store told her that they set their own policy and there is no exception. She was so apologetic when she came back on the phone and offered me $40 of store credit. So now I’m stuck with $75 of shorts that don’t fit.
