Usually called smothered chicken in gravy. It may be in a white or brown sauce as you called it. May also have sauteed mushrooms,onions or bellpepers. I like it with all three.

Best covid practices. Buffet has plexi glass you tell them what you would like they make your plate for you! Wear mask and also hand sanitizer provided
