Showed up around 8 pm well before an hour of closing. We were told that they no longer do in store ordering, and that it was takeout only. When we tried to ask if they had curly fries, they just said some jibberish. When we went through the drive thru, they told us that there were no more sesame buns or burger buns, when we tried to order they said they didn’t have any ice nor milkshakes. We finished our order, they told us at the window that we would receive “tiny burgers” we asked why were paying full price for tiny burgers and the attendant just responded, “that’s just what my manager told me” Seems like they just turned off all the grills and everything as it looked pretty closed up (no fries in the fry machine, and everything looked cleaned up) Just tell us you’re closed! Don’t just play games with us cause y’all already closed up. One star only cause they were playing games.

I have been going to this location for 15 years. But no more. This location has been going down hill and today hit rock bottom. Today I walked into sticky wet floor ever where. With no other customers there, it took like 5 minutes just to knowledge that I was standing there waiting. After ordering all I heard was Spanish from the entire working crew plus with the crews kids wondering around I was wondering what country I was in. Then they let me know no Coke, Dr Pepper, Root Beer, lets just say the only thing left was kids flavors. This is the first time I have ever demanded my money back and walked out. Disappointed does not even start to describe my experience.

I usually love Hardee's for breakfast. The loaded omelet biscuit is my favorite. I decided to get something different and got a Frisco Melt sandwich. The bread was stale, food was cold, and was given no straws, napkins, or ketchup for our hashbrowns. I will still go back to Hardee's, just not this location.

Wow, incompetence. The very large Mexican so-called manager would not get off the phone to cook a cheeseburger. I had to get a refund. Then told me to go to Dunkin Donuts. She needs to be fired. What a horrible experience. Samantha is her name
