Literally the worst experience and it's fast food pizza, I don't expect much. But to put an order in at 4:30 online, show up at 5. Order wasn't even put in the oven till 5:03. Waited in drive thru and was told that all of the people in the lobby needed to be gone before I got helped. Just ridiculous I don't think anyone there cares or knows what they are doing.

I ordered pizza from this little Caesars on the pizza app. I prepaid for my pizza. When I get there at noon, the time it states it would be ready, the store was closed. I called the phone number and it stated disconnected. The place didn't have a sign that stated closed for a particular reason. Just be warned if ordering pizza through the little Caesars app the store might not be open. I am contacting customer service for a refund, but since these stores are franchise. It could be anyone's guess if I will see my $17 again.

The food may have been great but we didn’t stick around long enough. The line was 8 orders deep and they did t have any Hot and Ready’s. Was told it would be 40-45 min. Only reason we made the drive to there was for the fast service, which we didn’t receive. They were very short staffed, or at least that was my assumption.

Yesterday 4/22/22 walk in to grab a hot and ready, you know like the company advertised around dinner hour 6pm or so. Non ready. Today order ahead, have the drive thru option selected drive thru is closed. Go in, about 5 minutes before pick up time and they tell me another 15/20 minutes. Management needs to hire people if they don't want to make pizza at a pizza store.
