My mother and I like to walk this trail for our self care. It's lovely and the wildlife is treasured. There is a slight smell of methane but that's what marshes do. Either way take the trail and explore the bunker and things. It's our wetland and we must protect it.

Unique and interesting, this park has a lovely set of easy trails. Wildlife and plant life and a view of the ocean. Sad to see so much trash. Great even when raining!

Great place to go, its family friendly but no dogs allowed. I would give this hike 5 stars but a few people brought their dogs ignoring the rules of the trail. There was a full doggy poop bag left at one area. This is a preservation meant to help bring back an ecosystem that was destroyed years ago. I have a dog too but there is a reason the rule is not to bring your pets to the trail as just their innocent presence could harm this sensitive environment. Enjoy this wonderful hike but ensure you leave your privilege at home with your pet.
