I'm loving living here in morning ridge, if I were to say maybe a playground for kids is missing because this condo is amazing. Any problem you have they fix it right away. The office girls are sweet and kind. I highly recommend this place, but it lacks a playground for children. haha ha

I been living here for about two years now and i never had an issue. Anytime I need maintenance which isn’t often they come out that day or the next day. The office staff is always super sweet and helpful, especially Jillian. Love the location, super close to the freeway, mall, food services. I like the fact these apartments are located inside a neighborhood.

I have lived at Morning Ridge apartments for almost a year. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff at the leasing office. If I need maintenance the response is quick and done well. I’ve moved twice in 3 years but I plan on staying here for at least another year. It’s been a good experience so far living at Morning Ridge apartments.

I recently moved out from this community and I have to say my tenancy there was a great experience. Management is always professional and provided excellent customer service every time I visited or called the office. Maintenance completed our requests in a timely manner. My husband and I would have loved to stay, but we are moving away to be near our son who went away to college. I definitely recommend this community if you’re looking in this area.
