Service was ok. Food could be better. Ordered appetizer and meal for two. Meal came out before appetizer. The meal wasn't what was described like it was thrown together quickly. Ordered a couple alcoholic beverages and took forever to get the first order. Come to Applebee's often and majority of the time there is always a problem. Maybe I just need to not come anymore. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Really don’t even deserve the ONE star. The service was fine waitress was sweet. But the bartender! SO RUDE I ordered a drink from the table she was taking forever to make it so I went up to the bar to wait and she told me that I would be waiting a while she was “waiting on glasses” so I told her I would wait she told me it would be a while… I asked why since the glass I was standing by came from my table… SO RUDE. Smh DO BETTER

The environment was very peaceful and pleasant. Our waitress, Christine, was very friendly and helpful. She made sure that we had everything that we needed! We will definitely eat here again, and recommend this restaurant to friends. Great for group eating too!

Door Dash order. Medium rare was received well done. Loaded baked potato was received mashed potatoes plain. Haven’t even gotten to my chicken order. Called to correct this error and ended up receiving a computer that ended in a hang up twice. Called a third time and had to select “place an order” to get a human. This human works at a call center and I am currently “being transferred” listening to piano for the past 15 minutes. Where has customer service gone? Send them to an endless waiting game and they will just go away it seems. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time! Still on hold by the way!!! 20+ minutes now!
