General Manager Melanie! Writes apologetic responses to your review. But you can clearly see that she doesn't care to do anything about all these complaints that has gone on for over two or more years. I would suggest everyone go to the owner. Seems to me! Melanie is incompetent.

No air conditioning at Anderson location. People in and out my room stealing every night I go to work. Front desk all high all friends. People up stairs always drama. Frigidaire off more than on. Been here 1 year and 5 months. No free rent yet!!!

Booked a reservation on March 2nd 2022 for my 2 week stay while I got settled into the area from Michigan. I called a week before my scheduled reservation and their system was “down” so they could not confirm my reservation. Once driving 13 hours and arriving at the hotel, the lady at the front desk told me that “I didn’t have a reservation, as it was cancelled due to no rooms”. No phone call, no email, nothing. I continued to show her my email confirmation for the room, but she didn’t seem interested in helping. The whole idea of reserving a room, is that the room will be available to me, or if I don’t show up, I get charged. If you plan on staying here, call before hand.

Reserved a "newly renovated" queen suite. Was put in a double non-suite at a higher price. Room was nasty. Broken cabinets, stained upholstery. This location appears to have mainly long term residents. Hallways smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Quiet time of 11pm was a joke. Impossible to sleep at night with kids running around and adults partying and yelling till early morning hours. If I had any other options, after driving 8 hours to arrive at this location, I definitely would not have stayed here. Will never stay at this location or any location of this brand again.
