This is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We ordered at the person with the ipad, and when we got to the register she told us the order was lost and had to redo it. No big deal, she placed the order again and gave a receipt. When we went to pick up the food, she said we didn’t pay. We had the receipt showing we paid through gift card, but she just said it didn’t go through. Offered to show her the receipt and she wouldn’t look at it. The receipt plainly showed that we paid but she kept saying we didn’t. Waited 30 minutes in line and spent $20 all to waste some gas and no food to show for it. I have never had an experience like that at any restaurant, much leas a chick fil a but this one is awful. I will never be back.

It makes me feel good to be remembered. I walked in to pick up my order this morning and Mary said Hey Sommer! I've only been inside a few times and didn't realize anyone knew me at this location. Thank you for making my day. I sometimes feel invisible in day to day life. Thanks to Chick-fil-A for always making my day better! Sometimes I go to Chick-fil-A if I'm having a bad day because Chick-fil-A is one of my happy places!

I ordered through the App for pickup. I was notified my food was ready and stood at the counter for 13 minutes asking about my food. Kept being told it wasn't ready as I watched my bag sit on the counter. Chicken was extremely dry. Manager closed off the exit so it forced all traffic through the drive thru and parking lot.

Nice clean facilities with a friendly and professional staff. I'd rate 5 stars if the parking wasn't a nightmare!! Food was fresh and hot! Best chicken sandwich around!
