Same as previous reviewer: walked in, it was 8:20pm and could see at least 30 empty tables….about 1/3 had plates and cups to be cleaned…, but we stood at the front for 5 minutes before an employee came to us. We had seen one waitress but we were not acknowledged by her. She said it would be 30 minutes, but offered no explanation. I asked if they were understaffed and she said, “we are always understaffed,” but didn’t apologize or offer us to be seated in the empty section of the restaurant. It appears they would seat people and serve them appetizers or drinks until food could be prepared, seeing as they close at midnight, but I suppose the manager of this one is doing well enough to turn away business. Just a strange encounter unlike any I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant, even through 2020 lockdowns!

Went in expecting some quick dinner. Walked in, was told 20min wait when the restaurant was basically empty. Ordered a Brisket burger. Dinner arrived quickly but the food was terrible. I was expecting a brisket sandwich, not a hamburger with a handful of brisket meat thrown on top. The bun was so soaked in butter and oil it was almost inedible. The hamburger was soaked in salt. Will not be back. Service was quick and efficient but food was awful and overpriced.

We waited FOREVER for a table. Food was surprisingly good. Waitress did not get in a hurry with anything. Our app came out with the food- kinda loses the point of an appetizer... There seemed to be plenty of waitresses and they were only seating maybe 1/4 of the tables- maybe the shortage was in the kitchen? Explanation was not given for the extended wait on a Sunday afternoon...

Our entrees were really good. I especially liked the Mexican corn. The Chipotle honey chicken tenders had great flavor. The queso skillet was a little disappointing as it came out barely warm and seemed mushy. I do love their thin tortilla chips.

Typically yes. Weekends can be slow and all servers can have their bad nights. Only had one bad experience at this location, but I blame it on the time we went in.
Our last few visits were not good food wasn't the best, used to eat there every week
They were ok
Idk about the cock roaches, but its not a good rep of chili's. I won't eat at the Anderson location again. They need to close that location.
