Well I decided to give Firestone another shot. Everyone deserves that. However this time it will be my last. After sending my truck and my wife’s car in and spending almost 4 thousand I left thinking everything was all good. Little did I know not only did they lie directly to my face but did so without a care in the world. The following day my truck lost power and big time… after investigating it I found my oil was so black so sludgy it was horrible. I had to drain it and then literally had EIGHT QUARTS run through to flush and even then it barely started to come out the right color it was horrible I can’t describe it enough to give the state it was in. I could have easily burnt my motor up without a doubt. Imagine how it felt spending that kind of money to be told all checks out.. all fluids tipped off… just to find out what I did. It was never even checked. The dip stick was very hard to pull out and didn’t even register on the stick. So then I started looking at the things they supposedly did and not just the oil but ALL the fluids were low… and what do you think Firestone will do? Admit it? Hardly.. reimburse me? Even less likely… the last thing I want to hear is “we’re sorry you had a bad experience AGAIN” just to get just that..a hollow apology and nothing to right the wrong…. Ya know.. I’m all about forgive and forget.. but when you do it again.. and lie straight to my face…and put my work vehicle in jeopardy with no remorse.. how can I ever have faith in a company that does not do what they say and what you pay them to do… very aggravated about this. Should a miracle happen and Firestone reaches out to me to try to right this wrong I’ll follow up and post that as well In all fairness.. we shall see.. todays date June 13 2022

The car was very well taken care of, but it did take a little over an hour, once they brought the car back it took them about 40 mins to complete the oil change. There was an older guy who was a little slow at the register and in the middle of our transaction someone else came up and he started talking talking him instead. He also told me I don't have brain power because I didn't remember my company address when he asked for it. He went on to explain how they had more brain power back in the day when they memorized phone numbers. The rest of the employees were really nice and again I say, the car was really well taken care of.

This guys are lying to you and to me !!! Come with a small oil leak on the engine. Did 10$ inspection, they told me that it’s so much oil that they can’t see where it is coming from recommended to add something in the oil (54-56$) drive 500miles come back and check with special light to see where is the leak coming from. I good mechanic advised me go to oil change and ask for drain plug valve (for free ) since the leak is very small and around the plug only. Thanks Firestone for your business ! Never see you again ! !!!

Gave me a quote and stuck to it. Excellent service, very quick. They advised they would need the vehicle for about 4 hours, 2 hours later it was done. Very happy, no hidden fees/ expenses ( tire disposal, labor, etc) it was all in the quote. Made sure what I wanted fit the vehicle. Very thorough.
