This is the best comfort keepers you can ever work for. The owner Sheri is the best boss you can ever have. She cares about her employees and her clients. Im proud to be comfort keepers. I started working as a caregiver. the schedulers at the time Angelica, Janethe and the management team know what they were doing and were very communicative. The hours were flexible and they were always willing to work around my schedule. They offered bonus when picking up shift last minute so that was awesome to make extra cash here and there. Couple months in, I quickly got promoted to the admin team. I learned that the whole administration team are even better than I thought. Everyone were so nice and kind. They were always ready to help and jump in to train me whenever I need. Margo and Griselda were my managers and they were always there for me. HR team Linda and Kaelah were very helpful with getting my credentials up to date. The accountant Amanda was probably the best accountant she handles accounting like a boss. I can go on and on sharing my positive experience for working with comfort keepers in San Diego.

"Not professional" was as close as I could get. "Not safe" would have been a better descriptor. I want to be compassionate to management, because I'm not sure it's even possible to safely or ethically run a business like this under current conditions. But at the end of the day, neglect is neglect and greed is greed. If you can't safely run your business then shut it down. The main problem with CK is understaffing. In all departments. This isn't just a Covid problem. CK could hire more supervisors. They could stop taking new clients until they had enough caretakers to take care of the ones they have, including substitutes. But they choose not to. I have reason to believe that CK San Diego does not provide the same quality of care to medicaid/medicare patients as private patients. If your loved one is a medicaid/medicare patient, ask to see the client profile that all caretakers have access to. On the flip side, I've found that CK management is likely to not disclose, minimize or cover up their limitations if they think the client is private paying. Here there seems to be a conflict between the desire to provide good customer service and the ethical duty that a caretaking operation has. This may sound dry.... but the outcomes are not. Think old people left agonizing in dirty diapers in their homes. My advice: If you have any alternative to hiring CK do that. You do not want to live with the guilt of causing suffering to an ailing relative (or anyone) during their last days.

Working for Comfort Keepers is the best thing I did, been working for Comfort Keepers for 3 years going into the 4th and will continue until I retire one day, they’re there 24/7, and will respond to all your questions and concerns as fast as they can, everyone will do everything that needed to be done to make sure our clients cared for with the best care, and comfortable, and safe while at home. Comfort Keepers are loyal to their clients as well as their employees, making sure we have all that we need to help our clients with whatever needed be done for them, honestly, when I get that age and want a company to care for me, I know exactly who to call and go to because they’re honest, team workers and is the best company I ever worked for. I had friends and neighbors of my clients who wanted to know about the company because of the clients telling them about the experience they have/had with Comfort Keepers, I’m blessed to work for Comfort Keepers .

I am so impressed with Comfort Keepers! They were able to arrange immediate help for our situation within hours! We have received round the clock care from wonderful caregivers who each in their own way have observed our needs and taken immediate action to satisfy them. They have covered the spectrum in care ... from medications, hygiene, sanitation, organizing and cleaning to meal planning, preparation and company. Care is logged and available for me to view. This has been an enormous relief to our family knowing the while we are going thru this difficult time, we have the best care for our loved one, in her own home... where she is comfortable. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone and in person has been professional, kind and a great help! I highly recommend this wonderful company!
