Thank God for Age of Aquariums. Me being a Long Beach Local...this is my go to Maintenance LFS, for sure! Most competitively priced maintenance service LFS in town if not in all of the Costal Area of SoCal. When I explained to Dan what happened to my system . He knew exactly what I wanted to be done to MY reef aquarium. He did not try to talk me out of it or overcharge me for the Maintenance Service that is most of the time considered unusual (replacing 19lbs of sand from my sandbed) but not difficult. I called around town and all the Maintenance Companies tried to convince me that, what I needed to be done was wrong, dangerous and that what I was asking for was a special service of some sort and that it costed quadruple the actual price. When in reality, it was very simple just unusual. Again, Dan knew exactly what I wanted. Went in with a simple game plan and had everything done within an hour. Thank you Dan!
