Now I never order so late/at the last minute but I went ahead and ordered at like 9:30. Was surprised with the time it said it was gonna take but that was ok as I was like 25 mins away. I get there and it's 10:55 so near to close. I tell guy there my name and he comes back to say that something has been going on with the system and my order wasn't fully completed. He told me he can finish it within 10 mins which I told him that it was fine. I told him he didn't have to as it was basically closing time and I wouldn't want him staying more late as is as I understand working night shift at a busy place. He made my order and gave it to me. First time eating pizza hut in years and I gotta say that an employee like him is definitely deserving of a raise.

When I arrived at the location, I sat at the drive up window for approximately 10 minutes and no one came to the window. I then parked and tried to enter the store to see if someone could get us our pizza, however both doors were locked. I then pulled back up to the drive up window and began knocking to see if someone would come. After another 10 minutes of waiting, someone finally came and handed us the pizza. They did not apologize for the long wait. The pizza was over cooked and cold by the time we got it. I doubt I’ll be ordering from Pizza Hut anytime soon. For sure not from this store. The one on Wade Hampton seems to do a lot better.

Good service at the window. The pizza was delicious we ordered the meat lovers it had the right amount of sauce and the meats were plenty. We asked for thin and crispy this was really good.

Ordered delivery for my family although it came pretty quick the pizza was burnt. I called to order a replacement spoke to the manager and was told they would fix it, 1.5 hours went by and still no pizza so I called back to the store and was told they were still working on it. At this point I found my kids something else to eat and told them to just cancel the order I was then told I would have a credit for the pizza next time I order, not sure how that even works but I was very dissatisfied with the whole outcome.
