The manager has no customer service skills. When I went to check in he pointed to the door where my paper with my name was hung. Amenities are a joke and price is too high for the non existing amenities. Wifi did not work but one night out of the 7 I was there. The bathrooms were not cleaned one time in the week I was there and lots of spiders around toilets and sink. The train was not bothersome as it was only like once maybe twice a day. Fairly quiet park. Others staying in park are not friendly or nice like other rv parks, it’s mostly long term people staying and lots of junk in the park. Dumpsters were overflowing and garbage all around them. The lawn maintenance people ran over my rug outside with dirty wheels staining the red clay. River behind my rv when it rained which was bad and the acorns coming down on the rv were quite annoying.

We enjoyed our weekly stay. 35’ fifth wheel, in a level pull through. Paul talked to me over the phone and was very helpful before we got there and as we checked in. Amenities were as stated. WiFi a little iffy. Met a full time rving couple from Ohio, and another couple briefly. It’s a very good place for layovers from one place to another, or like us we have family in the area. There is a train that goes through, but didn’t bother us, and early in the mornings 6:30 or so, that the long term campers/contractors are leaving for work, but that just means that it is really quiet during the day. Not a lot of dog barking, like we’ve seen in other areas. We will probably be going back from time to time.

The management could not have been nicer. This park is located close to many area attractions. Greg and Shane were wonderful and installed a 50 amp electrical outlet for my RV. Paul was considerate and contacted me personally about an issue I had called about. I enjoyed my stay there.

Yes. We have lived here for 3 months. Its quiet, all except for a train a couple times a week.
I did not see any tents only campers You can always call the office and ask tho. They may have sites that others including myself just didnt see 😊

All our sites have dump facilities. I do not know what you are referring to. and what site you are on????
