This place has really gone downhill. I’ve been coming here since July of last year when I moved here and it was a clean facility with friendly staff and no problems with the machines. Now the place is filthy. The machines break a lot. Staff are rude. I watched one of the staff just berate a homeless guy that came in to get warm. This guy was clean. Had clean clothes on. His hair was combed and his belongings were in a bag. He wasn’t rude, he just asked to come in for a few minutes to warm up and the staff member basically treated him like trash. That’s not what America is about or how about what being a decent human being is about. The men’s bathroom broke so instead of fixing it, they put a sign so both men and women can use the women’s restroom and put an out of order sign up on the other. This has been months now. The restroom now is filthy and smells like a litter box. Staff don’t say a word to people about their kids running all over the place, climbing on the chairs and dropping their potato chip crumbs everywhere. Perhaps they were too busy being mean to homeless people to notice. Looking for a new laundromat and won’t be coming back to this one. Also, they have cockroaches. I’ve seen them on two separate occasions. Probably because the place is filthy.

I have been coming here for a few weeks now and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that there aren’t any issues with the machines and the place is always clean. The dryers are always hot and never have any issues

It was clean and supervised.. They had a small play area for the kids and television. Located conveniently next door to Pete's and family dollar.. Then washing can get a little pricey.. The largest washer machine was about $11.00 and the price went up if chose anything other than light wash and cold water.... The next machine which was smaller ran at $7.00 dollars and the same rules apply and then there were the $4.00 machines and i believe a smaller one not sure the price. It was handicap accessible. Dryers worked very well priced much cheaper.. Over all the experience was good beside the pricing..They also have someone that can wash your clothes for you at a.price..
