If I could give this place a zero i would, I’m not one to ever ever write comments but If I could save someone from headaches. I have been a loyal customer to this business for years on and this time I had to fly out because a death we had in our family almost 2 weeks later we arrive and my car is completely dead and we purchased a new battery last month, all they did was pass charge from a bus an had my car started but it smelled like burned inside it was 2 am and all they could say was that I needed to call the next day to speak to a supervisor about the issue the counter guy said there was a note saying my alarm had gone off a few times and was turned off, today is Sunday and $400 dollars later we are told that by Mercedes’ something was done to my car because it has many burned fuses and now I have to pay an additional $700 to get it all fixed, so here I am calling the parking lot to speak to jay the supervisor and once I explain the situation he tells me there is nothing he can do and to call back tomorrow because he wasn’t there last night so again another day where I’m left with not even an apology or acknowledgment that something was done to my car !!!!!!

Tried this place because it was on my Amex rewards. The address is wrong on the gps but it’s on the email. The initial person I talked to was rude but the driver was helpful. After returning, the driver this time parked on the other side of the street and expected me to board the bus with all my luggage in the middle of the street. After I didn’t move, he screams and parks on the proper side of the street. He gets out and yells at me to get on the bus. The person that checked me out at the store was kind but everyone else was so mean. I won’t give my business here again. Such a bad experience

Easy process, friendly staff. I made my reservation online, took my car to the lot, and they parked it for me. They also shuttled us to and from the lot to pick up the car a week later. Wi definitely use their service again when we travel

Horrible.. I would not even give one star.. ruined my jeep called me a lier.. even the manager Chris.. they pulled my E brake so hard I could not move my jeep.. was stuck there for 3 hours trying to get help. Had to call my fiancé who had to come from arlington to help me.. they kept screaming at me to move my jeep and I could not.. they told me I did it repeatedly. I have RA AND CAN HARDLY OPEN A JAR.. when my fiancé came he could not release it either. Long story short the man joe who drove my jeep. Finally admitted to it. Even had them fill out a report said they would get back to me never did.. we had to cut my lines to remove my jeep and get it home.. they have not take. Responsibility at all.. will not return my call or anything.. I had to get an attorney.. I was humiliated insulted and ruined my jeep.. it was the most horrible experience ever. While I was there they ran another man truck into the fence.. do not speak English well or help at all.. Kimberly
