worst experience ever. the pictures on the website are not what you show up to. no oyo hotel signage. When i arrived i waited outside with another man who still hasnt even been checked in. no one was in the office and it looked abandoned and there was a no vacancy sign. we both tried calling and it went straight to voicemail. i emailed and called customer service and they are denying a refund because it says i never showed up. EXTREMELY dissatisfied i couldn't even imagine how much worst it would have been if we actually stayed there

The room was really nice overall. The shower/tub was a bit small. The biggest issue I had was the thin curtain that let in too much of the parking area light which made it difficult to sleep.

This is the slimmest hotel! There was cigarette burns on the tub and sink, broken shower rod, broken towel bar! Sink and tub leaked and dripped all the time! No microwave. ac in sink area doesnt reach out to sleeping area! The floor was dirty and sticky. The bed was wobbly and kept hitting the wall. And when there was a spot on the sheet they charged me $30 for the sheet, not the set just one sheet! There was drug deals and use and police there almost every night! Staff is rude!

I can't give this place a super low rating because the hotel itself was very comfortable and clean. The price is very nice as well. My problem comes in with they way they handle business. My first night booked there, my truck broke down. The lady said it was no problem, that she'd be there all night. So I get there, and there's a note on the window. Call the number, she's says call the booking company. Well, I lost that money. Tried one more time, and everything went smooth. The last time not so much. When you book this hotel online, it says check in at 5pm, check out at 1pm. So the next day I slept in until 12:30. They said I was supposed to be out by 11am. I showed them the email and receipt saying 1pm, but it was no good. They took my $50 deposit because a small piece of paper says 11am even though my paperwork said 1pm. If it wasn't for those two incidents, I'd give it 5 stars all the way.
