I relocated over a year ago from Raleigh NC to Terrace at Butler in Mauldin SC. I must say the office staff was always very nice and Professional Meredith is such a Sweetheart. And Maintenance staff Doug was always happy to help with any Maintenance issues or concerns. Great place to live, they all made me feel right at home. Love this place.

Management had my truck towed twice because they didn't like that my truck bed was full. The problem isn't that they had a problem with that. The problem is they didn't tell me that nor did they give that as the reason to tow to the tow company. So because of this miscommunication, im down $400. I don't even live here i was just visiting my girlfriend. Also lock your doors if your parking here over night because i have literally had tons of stuff stolen out of my truck. I've even caught the kids that walk around at night breaking into peoples cars. And they run off laughing multiple times. Pretty sure they live in the complex. Other than that it's. Not bad.

We moved into Terrace last summer and were very happy with our apartment, office staff, friendly neighbors, and quick response from Doug the Maintenance Man when needed. The location was perfect for Greenville amenities. We would recommend this facility as well as moving back again.

Terrace at butler is a good value for the price of rent. It has amenities that are very convenient and also the location is great. Has a location next to restaurants and local park as well. The management is friendly and maintenance is accurate with fixing things and very timely. There is a small dog park and a childrens playground. They have a laundry mat which takes cards as well. The pool is awesome in my opinion. There is a outside grill too which they fill the propane. The office has resident treats like sometimes donuts or muffins with coffee. They are very kid friendly. There is so much more to say but I don’t want to bore you by writing a book!! Check the place out if you’re in the market for a new home!
