Unbelievable! I have never seen such a poorly run business. We ordered our appliances last October knowing there would be a wait. Everything came in and all were delivered including a dented refrigerator. No problem!? We have know had 3 delivery dates and every one messed up. Promises! No shows. No calls. Now showing up on a wrong date which we were not home to receive. I can't believe the problems. We paid for extra painters to have the kitchen ready in time! Oh, new date for delivery. The time we told them over and over that we would ve gone. Never again will i set foot into this place!

I love coming to this store. Everyone that works here is super knowledgeable and friendly. Recently, Mario Contreras has been helping us with all the plumbing for our new home. He has spend countless hours working with us and answering all our questions. He makes sure that we consider all the details and options to make the best decision. He checks online for the models, specs, delivery times and availability. John Reagan in the kitchen appliances area and Kimberly in customer service are also great! This is the first place we think of when we need something for our home.

We just purchased our first home as a family and since it’s been almost 15 years since I have moved, I was completely unsure of what appliances I would need as the capabilities and features have drastically changed since 2007. Thankfully, I found what I was looking for and more at Pacific Sales in Brea! Our home was in need of a refrigerator, washer, and dryer and we were in the market for a new stove and microwave since the units that came with the house were older models. We were assisted by James Caley who provided a wealth of knowledge and listened to all of our needs and was able to assist us in making the right choices for our family. We had specific brands, colors, and features in mind and James was able to show us what was available from floor models as well as what could be ordered, all while staying within our budget. I highly recommend going to Pacific Sales if you are in need of appliances and definitely if you are not too knowledgeable about them or are unsure of what you are looking for.
