The apartment are amazing and very spacious. I am upset about one thing bugs. Bugs are a problem at my apartment I don’t know it’s just mine or what about it after the first week I had two big water bugs in my bed and had pest control come in multiple times that they recommended me and I’m still having problems and I’m kind of ready to move out already but I have a 13 month lease that I got a wait out.

I moved here from Delaware earlier this year and I have never been in such a calm, kind community like this one. I love that the office staff makes this experience complete by being friendly and helpful at times it is needed most. Also, I very much appreciate all of the precautions they all have taken during this hard time since the virus. The apartments are so very nice inside and out. Stop by, book an appointment and take a look I don’t think you’ll regret it. Quiet and welcoming place. It feels like a friendly neighborhood, not just an apartment complex! The whole place is clean and navigable and there’s always parking!

Would not recommend the Polos to my worst enemy. Rented with them for 13 months and have been very disappointed with all aspects of the apartment-especially management. Majority of the gym equipment was always broken, no tennis net was ever actually on the tennis court and the gates on this "gated community" never actually closed for the entirety of our lease. Management is an embarrassment. Slow response time and that was if they even responded at all. They are extremely dishonest and deceitful about deposit return at end of contract! We ended up overpaying for our lasts months rent (because they told us the wrong amount...) and they refuse to send us our money back. I have reached out multiple times to clear the air and no one in management will get back with me. Oh, also extremely cockroach infested and you have to beg for pest control to come out (again, if they come at all). They claim they don't allow people to leave trash, etc. on porches/front doors to help prevent this but they do nothing. Multiple tenants in our building would pile weeks worth of trash on their porch constantly-even when we complained.

Brandon is the best leasing consultant I’ve ever and contact with. He helped my baby sister moved in a few weeks ago. He is a awesome and sweet individual that goes out his way to make sure his tenants are token care of.
