Best Comfort Inn I ever stayed in and my husband and I stay in a lot due to work. Beds are so comfortable and shower was amazing! Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

Great hotel for reasonable price. Tony, who checked us in, was helpful and personable. Natalie took great care of us in the morning and helped us with a smooth check out. I was impressed by professionalism of everyone we encountered. We will definitely stay here again when traveling through Greer.

Stayed here twice, once being an (unexpectedly) prolonged stay — nearly a week. The staff were fantastic, knew us by name, and went out of their way to treat us well. Rooms are clean and spacious. Pool was great. Highly recommended.

Reservations were made on May 12, 2022 at this location over the phone with the manager Sierra. Upon arrival on May 20th to check in, we were informed by the guy at the front desk that our reservation was canceled to accommodate a baseball team that was visiting the area and no other rooms were available. When I asked how can you cancel our reservation without notification especially when I just spoke with someone earlier that day the guy said that there’s nothing he can do. He then says that we had no reservation even after I gave him the confirmation number and he looked up as well as found the information in their system. It showed that the reservation was canceled and then he implied that we canceled it, which was not true. He became very belligerent and rude as well as unprofessional. Not happy with the situation at all since we had driven hours to the location for an event. Then he had the audacity to tell us well why don’t we try the Holiday Inn down the street. No worries, as I will never book anything at this location in the future.
