The server was great. Service was fast but the food was nasty. I mean that BBQ burger wasn't fully cooked. The sauce it was in tasted old. My mashed potatoes were cold on the inside. Like they threw it in the microwave and only warmed the outside. Won't be back. I haven't ate chili's in literally 5 ish years. Now I remember why. Stick to bad daddy's for burgers. Not chili's. Their sweet tea was good.

The server was very good. However the meal was "average" or below. The best part of the meal was the ribs, soup and cheese curds, everything else tasted like it was cooked several hours before and then reheated. Some of the meals were cold. We had to send some items back and they still came back tough and stringy. This was a birthday celebration, kind of disappointed and embarrassed.

Been there five times in the last two months. The first time was great. The food was excellent. Went back the very next day and it was not as good. This is what we have experienced. 1. A smell as you enter the building. 2. Tablets and chairs were not cleaned properly. 3. The floor was not cleaned food and trash on the floor. 4. Staff needs to be trained before working with the public. Zero Personality Zero communication Zero motivation. I suggest that you close your dining and clean it! Then hire people that actually have communication skills.

Had a great time went to enjoy dinner and redeem my free birthday reward . Even tho I was solo My waitress Madison was awesome and very attentive . She helped me decide asked me about my day listened to my story of my deceased ex who loved the chips and salsa and basically made my solo date not feel so alone. Def recommend this location
