I had a terrible experience in room 208 for family law the African American employee named Annette was extremely rude to me. She was very impatient and even told me she had a big line and to go to another room to explain the paper work she had given to me just to avoid helping me understand what the paper was. After I had asked again what the paper work was She had asked for the paper work back and put it away instead of explaining, which made terribly uncomfortable and intensitied the situation. She was very unprofessional and I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I had received. TRY NOT TO GO TO THIS LADY'S WINDOW SHE IS UNPLEASANT .. After everything the manager Tracy had answered my simple questions and I felt she descalated the situation.. Someone needs to talk to this employee and make sure she's not treating other people this way. People need to be treated with dignity, I waited in the line like everyone else she could have been more helpful and calm. Training is definitely recommend in this situation.
