I want to compliment first Travis Ekema who helped us tremendously with assessing complications. Robert Blain also took the time to go over everthing so we understood our concerns and bills. They were both very polite, helpful, informative, especially during these hard times.

Horrible! I was with a friend who was trying to get help. She was helped very nicely by the first clerk/teller but she accidentaly showed the wrong parcel to the teller. She went back but the teller /clerk but was already busy. Suddenly, a woman walking as her if she needs help. My friend said, yes but she would just wait for the other clerk that already helped her since she already know what was going on. The woman suddenly said to her. You've been with her a long time. She can't help you anymore. If you need research we dont do that. My friend said, but that's not what i need. Since you seem very eager to help me, let me just wait for her. She said, no. She's done helping you. What do you want? Ill help you once i get the next person since you've been here a while. My friend said, I don't want you to help me. Then the woman says, then leave. My friend says, no wonder why people go crazy because of people like you. The woman said, oh, now you're going to get crazy. My griend asked another lady for a supervisor. The woman stopped the other employee from doing so. She then identified herself as the manager and call gor security to get my friend out of the building. We didnt finish what we went there because of this abusive manager. We're supposed to ho to planning and permit but the woman manager prevented us from getting back in the building. WHY SUCH ABUSED OF POWER.
