No customer service. There was no one at the register. Waited for ever for my food. I only ordered 1 meal. There was 3 people waiting on there online orders. They'd obviously been waiting a while and continued to wait another 15 mins after I got there. Once I got my food, I was given the wrong sauce (no big deal) except I had to wait another 3 mins for someone to change it out for me. No apologies or sorry for your wait. Also, the floors are grossly sticky. I won't cheat on Chick-fil-A again.

30 minutes wait. Person working the register was gone for 10 minutes. Food in window for 10 minutes. Cook had to bring food out. Literally the worst organized. Shout out to long haired cook who brought the meals out to people.

Bad customer service and rude cashier who would repeat herself before you could answer her question. Every carbonated drink from the machine tasted like salt, had to get Powerade. Burnt bread, over cooked chicken, under cooked fries.

2/25 3pm pulled in excited about dining in. Sign up saying dining room is closed. Go through drive-through. Order was wrong. Also forgot silverware. Went inside to get it to learn dining room is actually open after all. They didn't bother to remove the sign. Execution needs work folks. It's just not that hard.
